So, to my fellow CEOs, founders, investors, intrapreneurs, and change leaders, I offer this: Embrace the uncertainty. Learn constantly, and build cultures that encourage everyone on your team to do the same. Lead and inspire from the heart. And don’t forget, in the face of the unknowable, the best way to predict the future is to create it.
